Pride in Place

After campaigning by local MP Sarah Owen, Marsh Farm has been selected by the government to receive £20million over 10 years as part of the Pride in Place programme.

The Programme

The government is giving Marsh Farm up to £20million over the next 10 years to fund meaningful improvements that’ll make a difference.

Local residents are the ones who decide where the money is spent. A Neighbourhood Board, supported by local MP Sarah Owen, Luton Council and the government, will be made up of and chaired by Marsh Farm residents. It’ll have broad powers to make life better in Marsh Farm.

We’re now looking for people to join the board, and a Chair to head it. If you live in and love Marsh Farm, and are passionate about making it a better place to live, you can find more information about joining the board here.
